Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)

A smarter, faster, and more convenient way to manage your finances.

What is an ITM?

An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) is like an upgraded ATM — with a real person on the other side. It lets you video chat live with one of our tellers, so you can take care of your banking needs with the personal service you’re used to, without stepping inside the branch.

With our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), members can perform standard transactions as they would typically do at an ATM, but if they need assistance or are looking to speak with a Representative, they can “Request Teller Assistance” via the touchscreen button on the ITM. A member service representative will provide live, personal assistance through the video screen.

It’s convenient. It’s secure. And it’s surprisingly easy to use.

How It Works

  • Step 1: Walk or drive up to the ITM
  • Step 2: Select “Talk to a Teller”
  • Step 3: Connect to a live team member for personal service

Live Teller hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Temporary Drive-Thru Hours at North Branch

  • Monday, July 14 through Monday, July 21:
  • North Branch drive-thru hours will be 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Effective Tuesday, July 22nd, the North Branch drive-thru will permanently close.

  • This change allows us to streamline operations and continue delivering quality, personalized service to our members. The lobby and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) will continue to be open Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
