An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) is like an upgraded ATM — with a real person on the other side. It lets you video chat live with one of our tellers, so you can take care of your banking needs with the personal service you’re used to, without stepping inside the branch.
With our new Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), members can perform standard transactions as they would typically do at an ATM, but if they need assistance or are looking to speak with a Representative, they can “Request Teller Assistance” via the touchscreen button on the ITM. A member service representative will provide live, personal assistance through the video screen.
