Mortgage Checklist










New Purchase Application


If you are ready to begin your search for a new home and would like to receive an official pre-approval letter from Police Mortgage, please complete the loan application below and provide the documents listed.

Required Documents
  • Two most recent paystubs or pension statements
  • Two most recent W2s or 1099s
  • Two most recent bank statements for whichever account will be used for the closing
  • A copy of your driver’s license/photo ID

Once you have completed the application and collected your documents, please email them to policemortgage_staff@policemortgage.com.
A mortgage loan officer will then be in contact with you within 24 hours.

Refinance Application

If you would like to refinance your current mortgage, please complete the loan application below and provide the documents listed.
 
Once you have completed the application and collected your documents, please email them to policemortgage_staff@policemortgage.com.
 
A mortgage loan officer will then be in contact with you within 24 hours.

  1. Two most recent paystubs or pension statements
  2. Two most recent W2s or 1099s
  3. Your most recent mortgage statement
  4. A copy of your current homeowner’s insurance policy
