Your New Visa® Credit Card Is Coming Soon

National Police Federal Credit Union is transitioning to a new Visa® credit card program. Your new card will arrive by mail soon.

Please review the important dates, temporary service changes, and actions needed to ensure a smooth transition.



Key Dates

June 29 — New Card Mailed

Your new Visa® credit card will be mailed on June 29. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

July 13 — Last Day for Online Payments

July 13 is the final day to make a credit card payment through online banking before the conversion.

Please make any planned payments by this date to avoid delays.

July 14–19 — Online Payments Unavailable

Online credit card payments will be temporarily unavailable while the conversion is completed.

July 20 Before 7:00 a.m. CT — Current Card Deactivated

Your current National Police Visa® credit card will no longer be available for use.

July 20 After 7:00 a.m. CT — Activate Your New Card

Activate your new card using the phone number provided on the activation sticker.

After activation, you may establish your new PIN for ATM transactions.

What you Need to Do

  • Watch for your new card in the mail.
  • Make any online credit card payments by July 13.
  • Begin using your new card after 7:00 a.m. CT on July 20.
  • Update recurring payments and merchants that have your old card number saved.
















Temporary Service Changes


Online Credit Card Payments

Online credit card payments will be unavailable July 14–19 during the conversion.



 Card Control

Card Control will not be available beginning July 20, 2026, due to limited responsiveness from our current provider.

We understand the importance of this feature and are actively working to secure a new vendor and restore Card Control functionality as soon as possible.
